Terms and Conditions

  • A 50% Non refundable deposit will be required to secure a cart and date for a booking.
  • An additional £25 refundable security deposit is required when paying remaining balance.
    This amount will be refunded once cart has been collected, provided no damages or breakages have occurred. (If the item/s returned with damage, beyond normal wear and tear, the cost of repairing that damage may be charged against the deposit, and part (or none) of the deposit will be returned.
  • The full remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event or by prearranged dates.
  • All payments are required via bank transfer. Please refer to your invoice for all bank details and quote your name when making payment.

We aim to discreetly set up your cart at the venue approximately 1 hour before the event start time and depending on the setup provided, 30 minutes to 1 hour to take-down.
Lights are included in some packages, but for some special setups a nearby plug socket may be required. Please check with your venue this is possible.

Each Event Package – Includes
Setup of the Cart, Decorations, Canopies, Utensils and if included in the package Sweets and Jars.
Removal of the Cart at the end of the event or time specified.

Any sweets left over will be bagged up for you to keep and enjoy.

Public Liability Insurance for up to £1 Million is held by the company.
